Medical coverage for Monroe County I.S.D. employees is through MESSA.

SET/SEG DENTAL AND VISION 

Vision and Dental coverage for Monroe County I.S.D. employees is through SET/SEG.

FLEXIBLE COMPENSATION PLANS

All staff members who are eligible for benefits through the Monroe County I.S.D. have the opportunity to participate in a medical and/or dependent care reimbursement account through BASIC. These programs allow you to participate in a payroll-deduction savings plan to pay for unreimbursed medical, dental, vision and dependent care expenses.
