Common Calendar Dates for Winter/Spring Break 2008-2013
Recent legislation requires that the ISD, in cooperation with constituent districts, adopt a common calendar beginning with the 2008-09 school year which identifies the dates for winter and spring break. Additionally, the common calendar must identify dates for winter and spring break for at least the next five years. The following is the ISD Board approved common calendar dates for winter and spring breaks for 2008-2013:
- 2008-2009
- Winter 12/22 - Resume on 1/5
Spring 4/10 - Resume on 4/20 - 2009-2010
- Winter 12/23 - Resume on 1/4
Spring 4/02 - Resume on 4/12 - 2010-2011
- Winter: 12/22 - Resume on 1/3
Spring: 4/22 - Resume on 5/2 - 2011-2012
- Winter: 12/22 - Resume on 1/3
Spring: 4/06 - Resume on 4/16 - 2012-2013
